Another great season of bottle gourds from our garden! We put a lot of effort into hand-pollinating all the bottle gourds, and it’s so rewarding to see them thriving like this. Their vibrant green color and unique shapes never fail to impress us. It’s a wonderful feeling to witness the fruits of our labor flourishing in the garden, and few times I made bottle gourd curry/ kootu and some to shared with friends. Every year I take pictures in front of that.
