Recently, I made some rose hip syrup. It was one of my long-time wishes to make this syrup, and I finally made it this fall season.
Rose hips have lots of health benefits. These vibrant red fruits, which are the seed pods of roses, are not only rich in vitamin C but also offer a variety of antioxidants that can help boost your immune system. They have been used for herbal medication, and the rose hips have anti-inflammatory properties.
This fall season, I noticed lots of rose hips in our rose plants, because we forgot to trim the rose flowers, so I decided to keep them until ripe so I could make syrup out of them. A few weeks ago, I collected them and made some syrup using the recipe I found online. It turned out very nice.

Things You need to make the rose hip syrup
- Rose hips ——- about a cup
- Water————- two cups
