This is an instant pickle you can make in just 10 minutes, and it tastes great. I am making the pickle with Windsor apples. Honeycrisp apples are also good for making apple pickle. This year, our apple tree produced many apples, so we enjoyed them fresh and crisp. I also made some dehydrated apples for snacks and prepared delicious apple pickles. Since we have lots of these apples, I happily shared them with friends and neighbors. It’s a wonderful feeling to enjoy and share the harvest! Okay, here is the recipe for apple pickle. Once you make it, store it in the fridge, and it will stay good for about two weeks. The apple pickle goes well with yogurt rice.
