One of my favorite vegetables, this is a very good side dish with steel cut oats for the morning breakfast. Whenever I make steel cut oats for breakfast, I wish to have this. One of my daughters also likes this combination. So simple to make, when you get a chance try this recipe.
Ingredients
- Asparagus —————————– 1 lb
- Chili powder ————————- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder —————– 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil —————————- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
How To Make
- Marinate the asparagus with chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and a tea spoon of oil
- Place a wide pan on the stove in medium heat and add the one table spoon of oil
- Then add the marinated asparagus and saute for 10 minutes
- Now the tasty asparagus is ready to serve
