I tried to make something spicy from the leftover turkey, since we had a lot of leftover turkey this year. I tried making cutlets, although this is the first time I’ve tried using the leftover turkey to make cutlets, it turned out fantastic, so I wanted to share the recipe here. I wasn’t planning on posting the recipe, so I didn’t take the pictures of all the steps or measured the ingredients. But, of course, you can adjust the spices based on the leftover quantity and your preferred spice level. Hope you will give it a try (especially if you still have leftovers in the freezer)!

Ingredients
- Leftover turkey
- Leftover mashed potato
- Minced ginger
- Indian chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- Garam masala
- Cilantro (cut into small pieces)
- Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
How to make
- Grind the leftover turkey using a food processor
- Then mix the ground turkey, mashed potato, minced ginger, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cilantro and little salt together in a big bowl
- Take small amounts of the mix and shape them into flat circular patties (or any shape as you wish) and coat them with bread crumbs
- In a wide pan, add a few tea spoons of cooking oil and cook the patties on both sides evenly
- Now the tasty turkey cutlet is ready to eat, you can eat them with tomato ketchup
