I often make this purple cabbage stir-fry and serve with rice. This is an easy and healthy side dish for rice, very simple to make. You can make this tasty stir-fry within 10 minutes. Try it, you will like it.

Ingredients
- Grated purple cabbage —— about 2 cups
- Grated coconut —————— 1 handful
- Green chili ————————— 1 (finely cut)
- Tempering
- Cooking oil ——————- 1 tbsp
- Split urad dal —————- 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds ————– 1/2tsp
- Cumin seeds —————– 1/2tsp
- Curry leaves —————— 1 spring

How To Make
- Heat a pan, add the oil, once it’s hot, do the tempering
- Now add the grated cabbage and finely cut green chili
- Stir and cook it in above medium heat for about five minutes
- Now add the grated coconut and mix it well
- After a minute turn off the stove
- Now serve with rice
