Purple Cabbage Stir-fry

I often make this purple cabbage stir-fry and serve with rice. This is an easy and healthy side dish for rice, very simple to make. You can make this tasty stir-fry within 10 minutes. Try it, you will like it.

Ingredients
  • Grated purple cabbage —— about 2 cups
  • Grated coconut —————— 1 handful
  • Green chili ————————— 1 (finely cut)
  • Tempering
    • Cooking oil ——————- 1 tbsp
    • Split urad dal —————- 1 tsp
    • Mustard seeds ————– 1/2tsp
    • Cumin seeds —————– 1/2tsp
    • Curry leaves —————— 1 spring
How To Make
  • Heat a pan, add the oil, once it’s hot, do the tempering
  • Now add the grated cabbage and finely cut green chili
  • Stir and cook it in above medium heat for about five minutes
  • Now add the grated coconut and mix it well
  • After a minute turn off the stove
  • Now serve with rice
