This is the most convenient way for me to store lemon juice as ice cubes. I use lemon juice for cooking and making lemonade. It is so easy to make lemon rice using these cubes.

How to make

• Cut the lemon into half
• Take the juice by using a hand citrus juicer
• Pour this into a ice cube tray
• Keep it in the freezer

• Once it freezes, take it out and store the cubes in freezer safe bags
