This sandwich is a quick and easy fix meal when you’re craving for a hot meal. You can make the mushroom filling ahead of time, and simply assemble it all in a sandwich maker within minutes.

You will need
- Bread ————- 4 slices
- Ranch dressing
- Mushroom filling

Ingredients to make mushroom filling
- Mushroom ———————- 400 g(diced)
- Onion ——————————- 1 big (diced)
- Ginger&Garlic —————– 1 tsp (minced)
- Cumin seeds ——————- 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder ——————- 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder ———— 1/8 tsp
- Garam masala —————- 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste

How to make mushroom filling
- Place a pan on medium heat stove and add oil
- Add the cumin seeds
- Add the diced onion and saute for 3 minutes
- Add the diced mushroom and cook for 10 minutes
- Add the spice powders and salt and mix them well
- Cook for another 5 minutes or until all the liquid dry from mushroom
- Now it should be ready to make the sandwich
- The leftover filling can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days
Making the sandwich
- Evenly spread the mushroom filling on a bread slice
- Squeeze a little dressing with your choice of topping (I used ranch)
- Place another bread slice on top of it and press little bit gently
- Now keep it in the sandwich maker
- The sandwich will be ready in 2 to 3 minutes
