Nowadays this is my favorite smoothie. Adding all the good ingredients gives it a great taste. This is a very healthy smoothie and super simple to make. It will be ready in minutes. And it is a very refreshing smoothie too. I am using almond milk, instead of that you can use any kind of milk you prefer.

Ingredients
- Ripe banana ——————— 1
- Almond milk ——————– 1/2 cup
- Ginger ——————————— 2″ size(cut it into slices)
- Cinnamon powder ———– 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder ————– 1/4 tsp
- Walnuts —————————— 5
- Honey ——————————— 1 tsp (optional)
How To make
- Peel and slice the banana
- Now blend all the ingredients
- Enjoy the smoothie

Note
- Instead of honey you can add two dates
