Swiss chard is one of my favorite spinach. This year we had lot of Swiss chard in our vegetable garden, so I made different kinds of dishes using them. This is the tastiest one, also you can make it in few minutes. Usually I make it in the morning for breakfast as side dish for steel-cut oats.

Ingredients
- Swiss chard ———————– a bunch
- Egg ————————————– 2
- Grated coconut ——————- 1/4 cup
- Indian chili powder ———– 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder ————— 1/8 tsp
- Cooking oil ————————– 1 tsp
- Salt to taste

How To Make
- Wash and discard the stalks from the Swiss chard
- Then finely cut the Swiss chard
- Heat oil in a pan and add the finely cut Swiss chard
- Saute for two minutes and add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and mix them well
- Add the eggs and keep stirring until the egg is cooked
- Now add the grated coconut, mix it well and switch off the stove
- Serve with your main dish
