This year we had an abundant produce of swiss chard spinach in our garden, so I tried to make different kinds of dishes from that. Swiss chard egg omelet is one of them. It came out really well, I liked the taste and suggest you to give it a try.

Ingredients
- Eggs ——————— 2
- Swiss chard ——— 1 small bunch (cut it into small pieces)
- Red onion ———— 1/2 (cut it into small pieces)
- Green chili ———– 1 (cut it into small pieces)
- Cooking oil ———– 1 tsp
- Salt to taste

How To Make
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cut swiss chard, onion, salt, chili pieces then whisk them all together
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a small cast iron pan on medium heat
- Add the whisked egg mix and cook for few minutes on both sides
- Now enjoy
