We often make the mint tea. When you buy fresh mint leaves, it won’t stay fresh for a long time. When you want to make tea, if the leaves turned back, it will be so disappointing, so I store them in the freezer. Whenever I make the mint tea, I add couple of these mint cubes to the water instead of the fresh mint leaves. Also you can add these cubes to the drinking water. This way of storing keeps the green color and flavor of the mint and it will be perfect every time.

How To Store
- Rinse the mint leaves in water thoroughly
- Discard the stems and collect all the leaves
- In a ice cube tray, add about 10 leaves in each cube container
- Then fill the tray with water
- Now keep it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours
- Then take the mint cubes form the ice tray and store them in a freezer bag
- Whenever you want to make mint tea, add couple of these cubes along with the water
