I love to take pictures of nature and flowers, so I constantly have an overwhelming collection of photos documenting every living thing that resides in my garden. I hope to share some of them with you today, and more as the summer progresses!
Every summer we experiment with new kinds of flowering plants that we’ve never grown before in our garden and make different little fairy gardens in every nook and cranny. This year we planted some hollyhocks from seeds; it is a mixed color seed packet, so I don’t know what color the flowers will be but I am excited to see the outcome.
Walking around the garden and seeing the flowers always makes me happy. It gives me pleasure to see all the flowers as they reflect God’s glory.
Watching and taking pictures of our garden visitors is always exciting! Every morning I see a hummingbird or two hover near the honeysuckle. Although, I will say, the most frequent visitor to our gardens is the cat!
I will update on the fairy garden and the new flowers later. Our rose garden is just coming up, so keep an eye out for those pictures in particular. New blooms seem to pop up every hour!

I am planning to post updates on my garden throughout the summer. All the pictures will be from my flower garden and vegetable garden. On each post I’ll write a brief description of the plant. I hope you enjoy the upcoming pictures!
Wonderful. I have also a post presenting our old flower garden. Here:
