How To Make Moringa (Drumstick) Water

Moringa water has a lot of health benefits as most of you know. It is a very good remedy for high blood pressure. After drinking this, you will immediately feel very energetic.

In our hometown in India, we make it from fresh moringa leaves, but here in Minnesota, that is not always possible. So I make it using moringa powder. This way, it is possible to make this anytime you wish; I make this a few times a week. Moringa powder is available in most of the Indian grocery stores, otherwise you can get it on Amazon.

Ingredients

  • Moringa powder ————————— 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves ——————————— 2 (minced)
  • Shallots —————————————– 2 (minced)
  • Cumin seeds ——————————– 1/2 tsp
  • Water ——————————————— 2 cups

How To Make

  • Place it on the stove in medium heat and bring it to boil
  • After boiling, keep it in low heat and place a lid on the pan for 5 minutes

  • Serve/drink this energy drink when it is warm
