How to make Hibiscus Tea

Hibiscus flowers have lots of nutrients, it has been known as good for heart health and control high blood pressure. Fresh and dry flowers can be used for making the tea. Hibiscus tea tastes like cranberry juice. Dry hibiscus flowers are easily available in stores. I bought this dry hibiscus flowers from Sam’s club.

You may also like other healthy drinks Ajwain tea, Mint tea, chukku coffee, Moringa water

Ingredients
  1. Dry hibiscus flower —— 4
  2. Boiling water —————- 1 cup
  3. Honey to taste (I usually add a tea spoon honey)

How to make

  • Boil the water in a kettle
  • Add the dry flowers in a cup and pour the boiling water
  • Let it sit for about 10 minutes then filter it
  • Now add the honey to the tea (optional) and mix it well
  • Now the hibiscus tea is ready to serve
