This is a simply satisfying dish and it is flavored with spices and garnished with grated coconut. One of my all time favorite to eat, most of the time I will have the frozen tapioca in our freezer, so whenever I want to eat, I can cook it fast and eat this way.

Ingredients
- Cooked tapioca pieces ————— 1 small bowl
- Grated coconut ————————— 1/4 cup
- For tempering
- Coconut oil —————————- 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds ———————– 1 tsp
- Dry chilies —————————— 3
- Curry leaves —————————- few springs

- Place a wide pan on medium heat and do the tempering using the ingredients listed
- Now add the cooked tapioca pieces and mix it well (Refer the above link for cooking it)
- Then add the grated coconut, stir it and turn off the heat
- The tasty tapioca is ready to eat

- Salt is added while cooking the tapioca, so no need to add more
