This is the savory version of the ragi waffle, that I posted earlier. I tried this and liked the taste. It is a healthy and very tasty breakfast dish, we ate with coconut chutney, but you can try with some other chutneys too. If you try and like it, don’t forget to share your comments;

Ingredients
- Ragi flour —————— 1/2 cup
- Warm water ————– 1 cup
- Grated coconut ——– 2 tbsp
- Minced onion ———– 2 tbsp
- Green chili —————- 1 (minced)
- Curry leaves ————- 1 spring (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Non- stick cooking spray
How to make
- In a mixing bowl add the ragi flour, warm water, grated coconut, minced onion, curry leaves, green chili and salt, and mix them all together
- Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray
- Pour the mix on the hot waffle iron
- Cook until the beeps come from the waffle iron
- Serve when it is hot with coconut chutney
