This is a spice powder made with variety of dals and whole dry chilies. This powder is also called paruppu podi. In our home, we always have this spice powder. Sometimes if you don’t have any other side dishes for idli or dosa, you can just manage with this powder. It goes very well with multigrain dosa or whole wheat dosa. If you haven’t tried yet, you should try it. This spice powder is simple to make and you can store it for a long time too.
